1. Opening of two new centres in Toledo and Parla.


2006

1. Creation of new teaching material for beauty students, comprising 12 books and 12 DVDs.

2. Opening of five new C&C LLONGUERAS Academies in Alicante, Gandía, Ibiza, Manresa and Huelva.


2005

1. Creation of a initial and continued pilot training centre for the organisation’s teaching teams.

2. Start-up of three new centres in Mahón, Málaga and Ourense.


2004

Work on the following projects:

1. Continuance of the expansions of C&C LLONGUERAS academies, which by this point total 30 basic hairdressing and beauty training centres across Spain.

2. Start of the process of obtaining ISO 9001/2000certification, having successfully passed all relevant audits to date.


2003

In EDICIONES PLANET LOOK S.L.

[C&C Magazine Cover Image]1. The supplement to the magazine C&C MAGAZINE becomes its own separate entity which, under the name PLANET B will provide information on the professional beauty sector.

2. Our magazine C&C MAGAZINE becomes the official magazine of Madrid’s SALON LOOK show, and publishes the show’s catalogue.


2002

Implementation of three new projects:

1. Launch of a new brand, Enseñanza a distancia LLONGUERAS&CASANOVA (LLONGUERAS&CASANOVA distance teaching) to bring training closer to all those who cannot personally attend our centres. 2. Expansion across the entirety of Spain of our teaching centres by means of franchising.


2000

CASANOVA&CASABEL and C&C LLONGUERAS by now have a total of 25 hairdressing and beauty training centres across Spain.


1996

Launch of the first issue of the monthly C&C MAGAZINE Imagen Personal. There are now more than 12,000 copies per issue, plus two special issue a year, with a circulation of 300,000, which are inserted in Spain’s national newspaper El Mundo.


1992

Creation and launch of complementary video training material, comprising a 25-video audiovisual library called “The World of Hairdressing”, which includes the participation of university professors, doctors, teachers and hairdressing and communication professionals.


1990

Launch of the C&C COSMETICS line of beauty products for professional use, distributed exclusively at CASANOVA&CASABEL and C&C LLONGUERAS centres.


1989

[Golzalo Casanova and Lluis Llongueras] Gonzalo Casanova, with the collaboration of Luis Llongueras, unveils a new line of high quality professional hairdressing and beauty and training centres C&C LLONGUERAS with the inauguration of the first academy under the name in the city.


1986

CASANOVA&CASABEL becomes a partner company of the Directorate-General of Employment of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the government of Catalonia. This year also sees the opening of a third centre in Badalona, which includes beauty training in its syllabus.


1985

Opening of the third and fourth CASANOVA&CASABEL teaching centres in Cartagena (Murcia) and La Seu de Urgell (Lleida) and a second one in Badalona.


1984

Opening of the second CASANOVA&CASABEL teaching centre in Calahorra (La Rioja)


1983

Gonzalo Casanova opens the first CASANOVA&CASABEL teaching centre Badalona (Barcelona).
